Josh, Scarlett, Jordi, and Nick, long time pals from Fremantle, Western Australia, otherwise known as alt-pop outfit San Cisco, have released “SloMo”, their brand new single which will be featured on the band’s third (and still unnamed) studio album, due out early next year.
“SloMo was the first song we wrote as a band after Gracetown. We wanted to create a song that made people want to move,” says singer Jordi Davieson. While the lyrics encompass themes of heartbreak and the harsh realities of life, the song is infectiously groovy, and basically dares the listener to sit still. It’s just not possible, y’all.
